Mr. Hampson is the General Partner of HM3 Insurance LP. Mr. Hampson brings over 28 years of experience from various positions and organizations within the insurance and benefits industry to HM3.
Mr. Hampson spent over 2 decades running his own successful insurance agency before stepping away to work with Nease Lukens Assured Partners, within its insurance and energy division, and most recently as a Benefits Advisor with The Alpha Group. However, the draw to provide a consultative approach to insurance planning promoted Mr. Hampson to found and act as General Partner of HM3 Insurance LP.
In his role at HM3, Mr. Hampson strives to provide exceptional client service and strategic, consultative approach to insurance planning. From dissecting a client’s current insurance plans to providing insight into potential coverage gaps, Mr. Hampson and HM3 always place the client’s needs above all else.
